Brake Systems

CALIPER PISTONS

Caliper pistons are hydraulic key components to push the brake pads to contact with the disc rotor. The frictional contact between brake pads and disc rotor slows and leads to a stop of the car.


DISC ROTORS

Attached to a wheel, slowing the wheel by the friction of brake pads being pressed against disc rotors by calipers.
